Shipping and Returns
Provided all items ordered are in stock, your order should ship within 48 hours of the date and time the order was placed. Orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday should ship within 48 hours of the next business day. How long the order takes to arrive, after shipping, depends on the shipping method selected, as well as the destination. UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, & 3rd Day air shipments are based on the date the order is fulfilled, not the date the order was placed. All UPS shipping times (UPS ground, UPS Next day, UPS 2nd day, & UPS 3rd day) are based on Monday - Friday business days only. Saturdays and holidays are not included.
Please Note: Most orders ship from our main warehouse in Florida. Please notice the transit times on our transit time map below (ground service) or refer to the UPS or United States Postal Service websites.
The time it takes from the day we ship until the day you receive the item is the transit time. For most shipments, the following map will show the approximate transit times for UPS ground shipment.
In the event an item is not in stock, you have the option to save on shipping cost by having the entire order shipped together once item is in stock. Or we can ship items in stock immediately and ship back ordered items as soon as they arrive. Splitting up your order will result in additional shipping charges. Please inform us of your decision. If an item is put on back order a sales rep will give you a call and let you know

Power Sports Returns
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns. Any approved returns must be in the original packaging and contain all manuals, instructions, and accessories that were originally included with the order. All returns must have approval from a Jaguarpowersports supervisor. Any package that has been returned to us without an approval will be refused and shipped back to you at your expense. Shipping costs are never refunded for any reason. It is the customers responsibility to pay for all return shipments
Power Sports Order Cancellations
Jaguar Power Sports will not grant any order cancellations that are due to delays out of our control. These delays can include, but are not limited to: acts of God, shipping company delays, and customs exams. While these delays occur from time to time and are unfortunate, we will not allow any orders to be cancelled and/or refunded for situations that are out of our control. The only time an order will be refunded due to a delay out of our control is if we are informed that the shipment will no longer be arriving to us.
Power Sports Shipping Damage
If your product gets damaged in shipping, please accept it and make sure the driver notes the damage on the delivery slip. Please fully inspect your product and make a list of what has been damaged. We will file a damage claim with the shipping company and send out parts to fix your problems. Should you need parts due to damage caused in shipping, please send an email to Jaguarpowersports@hotmail.com and include the following information: your name, your address, the type of product you have, the color of product you received, and an exact list of parts needed. Once we receive your email we will respond to you and give you an approximate shipping date of the parts. In some cases, we will require photos showing the damage before replacement parts will be sent. Most parts are in stock and typically ship within 1-2 business days.
POWER SPORTS FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the entire shipment before signing the delivery slip that the truck driver provides. If any freight is missing, you MUST specify it on the delivery slip. Failure to do so will result in you giving up your right to a freight claim. If a delivery slip is signed and products are later to be found missing, they will not be replaced. Please unwrap your package and make sure all pieces and parts are accounted for before you sign the drivers slip. Once this is signed we cannot file a claim for you and parts will need to be re-purchased.

Please Read Before Returning Merchandise!
You must contact us in advance to return an item. We have a Merchandise Return System designed to better serve our customers and increase returns faster. If this process is not done you will not receive a refund and we are not responsible for lost shipments.
Below are step by step instructions for returning a product:
1. Call 1-904-716-3358 or email us and describe the item you're returning and the reason for the return. Your Jaguar Power Sports sales representative will provide you with a unique RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return address to send the box to. Please not that we have many locations so please do not send any parts back to us without calling or emailing.
2. Repackage the merchandise and include a copy of your original sales receipt. Write your RMA # clearly and legibly on the sales receipt and the side of the box. Customer is responsible to pay for shipping back to Jaguar Power Sports.
3. Ship the box to Jaguar Power Sports parts address. We are not responsible for lost shipments, so please use a trackable return method such as UPS or Postal service with delivery confirmation. When the merchandise arrives it will be processed by our receiving department. We will inspect the item to ensure it is in new condition and issue a refund accordingly. A 20% restocking fee may be applied to returned parts.
Merchandise Return Guidelines
- All Returns must have the RMA # written on the box to be accepted
- If you need a replacement part right away we will charge you for the item, but we will credit you upon receiving and processing the returned item
- No Returns over 30 days from the original invoice date will be accepted
- Jaguar Power Sports reserves the right to deny a return on items damaged by the customer during installation or during return shipping
- We cannot accept returns for merchandise damaged during shipping to the customer. If you happen to receive damaged product from the freight carrier, save all packaging materials and call or email us immediately in order to get the claim process started
- The following items are not acceptable for return: All High-Performance Parts, Controllers, CDIs, Custom Chains, Tools, Special Orders, Manuals, electrical parts ,Books or any Used Parts
Stock Parts: Are under warranty for 30 days from manufacturers defects with the following exceptions. Electric scooter controllers are not under warranty or returnable due to the nature of electronics and the potential for damage during installation. If you need a controller replaced please take your scooter to a Jaguar Power Sports service center.
Performance Parts: We do not warranty any of these items or sell/approve for street use. Performance items come with the original manufacturers warranty against factory defects.
Manuals and Books: We do not warranty any manuals, books or publications of any kind.
Other Terms and Conditions
Prices: All prices are in US dollars. The billing for your order will also be in US dollars, including those shipping outside the US. Your total order price will include the price of the product(s) plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. Please review your order carefully prior to submitting it for processing.
Jaguar Power Sports reserves the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice.
